Our Story 

Hello! We’re Debbie and Jen, a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law duo with a shared love for English Labradors. Once you experience the unconditional love of a lab, there’s no turning back—and we’re passionate about helping others discover that same joy.

Our commitment to preserving the integrity of the English Labrador breed means we focus exclusively on yellow, black, and chocolate labs here at Headed Home Labs. As a small, dedicated breeder, we typically have just two to three litters each year, ensuring a personalized experience for every puppy.

All of our dogs, including the puppies, are raised in our homes, where they’re surrounded by family life. From the start, they’re socialized with other dogs, cats, young children, and seniors, making them well-rounded and ready to become a loving addition to your family.

Debbie has over 50 years of experience working with animals and does most of the daily care for each litter. Jen runs all of the technology and provides ample cuddle time for all of the dogs. All of the other members of our big family own labs and love on them every chance they can; that’s why you’ll see so many members of our family featured in our photos.
